(Jacksonville, AL) High school seniors from throughout Calhoun County gathered at the Jacksonville Community Center to look for post-graduation jobs. The students were joined by more than 30 local companies that all have current openings that need to be filled. Students were looking for part-time summer work, full-time work, and even career opportunities.

The students were encouraged to “dress-for-success”, bring plenty of resume copies, and to be prepared for the possibility of on-site job interviews.

The hiring fair was organized by Calhoun County Career Academy Director Kevin Lockridge, with assistance from East AlabamaWorks and the Calhoun County Economic Development Council.
