The East AlabamaWorks Regional Workforce Council is proud to welcome Mr. Ed Castile, Deputy Secretary – Alabama Department of Commerce, as a guest speaker during their Quarterly Workforce Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, April 16, 2019.
Castile is the Deputy Secretary in charge of the department’s Workforce Development Division, and serves as the Director of AIDT (Alabama Industrial Development Training).
The East AlabamaWorks Workforce Meetings are held on a quarterly basis in locations throughout the group’s seven-county workforce development region. The April 16 meeting will be held in the new Beck Conference Center on the Wallace Drive Campus of Gadsden State Community College. The meeting will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
The Quarterly Workforce Meetings are open to the public and feature speakers and topics of interest to regional business and industry leaders, educators, elected officials, and the general public.
